When utilizing the City of Auburn email system, you agree to abide by the Technology Resources Acceptable Use Policy contained within the City of Auburn Personnel Policies. This includes, but is not limited to, agreement that you will not use this system for any illegal or inappropriate activity, or any activity unrelated to your work for, or employment by, the City of Auburn.
There are several ways to access your City of Auburn email account:
- Log on to any City of Auburn computer and open the Outlook application.
- Log in to the Outlook Web Access site with a modern browser at https://outlook.office.com .
- Add your email account to an Android or IOS device. The Microsoft Outlook app is the preferred means with which to do this, but additional apps may also work.
