Purpose
It is the mission of the Commercial Development Authority to promote trade and commerce by incentivizing commercial enterprises to locate new facilities and expanding existing facilities within the City of Auburn. To achieve this goal, it is the duty of the Commercial Development Authority to acquire, own, and lease property for these means.
