Timberwood Gravity Sewer Extension: This project consists of constructing approximately 6,200 feet of new 30-36 inch diameter gravity sewer main extending from the terminus of the Choctafaula Force Main through the Timberwood Subdivision to the H.C. Morgan Water Pollution Control Facility on Sandhill Road. Wilhite Enterprises has completed the entire 6,200 LF of the new gravity sewer system and stream bank stabilization inside Timberwood Subdivision. The pavement on Lewis Lane is scheduled to be replaced in April pending drier weather to allow the necessary excavation.

Saugahatchee Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) Rehabilitation Project: This project consists of 18,150 linear feet of 30" sanitary sewer CIPP rehabilitation, 780 vertical feet of manhole rehabilitation, raising 47 existing manholes and point repairs as necessary on the Saugahatchee Sewer Interceptor. This interceptor is the primary sewer line to convey flow from the north side of Auburn to the City's Northside Water Pollution Control Facility. This project will address existing inflow and infiltration problems in this sewer line. Reynolds Inliner, LLC, was the lowest responsible bidder for the project. The Notice to Proceed for this project was issued on March 15, 2008 and the expected completion date is January 10, 2009.
Contractor has completed CIPP line work and cementitious manhole rehabilitation has been completed. Contractor continues with site restoration and demobilization.

Northside Transfer Force Main: This project consists of approximately 10,500 feet of 18-inch diameter ductile iron force main extending from the Northside Transfer Pump Station at the Northside Water Pollution Control Facility to the existing N-5 Force Main on Highway 14. Strack, Inc. has completed the installation of the force main. The connection to the N-5 Force Main on Highway 14 was installed April 3, 2009. Following successful pressure testing of the force main, the connection to the Northside WPCF Transfer Pump Station will be installed.
