Vehicle Noise Citations

Per the authority of the disorderly conduct section of the Alabama Criminal Code, as adopted by City Ordinance, members of the Auburn Police Division can cite drivers for any vehicle whose noise is deemed unreasonable; for example, a car stereo whose noise can be heard and/or felt from a distance of 25 feet or more.
