Complex Information
Manager: Robby Carter
(334) 501-2976

The Auburn Softball Complex, located off Interstate 85 on Hwy. 29, was built in 1992 by the City of Auburn in an effort to provide citizens within the community a state-of-the-art recreational facility for softball. The Auburn Softball Complex staff strives to ensure that visitors enjoy the finest championship playing facilities. A strong emphasis is placed on expert organization and genuine Southern hospitality. The Auburn Softball Complex has been recognized as one of the premier complexes in the nation by USA Softball magazine and was also awarded the 1999 ISA National Complex of the Year. The complex was also awarded the 1999, 2001, 2005 and 2006 Alabama ASA Complex of the Year.

Since its opening in 1993, the Complex has hosted 17 ASA National Championships and 10 ISA World Championships. In 2008 the Auburn Softball Complex will host the ASA Women's 23u Fast Pitch National Championship as well as the ISA Men's A World Championship. In addition to these events, the complex regularly hosts a number of local leagues and has been the site for many districts, sub-states, and state tournaments. The Complex was also the home of the 1997 and 1998 Auburn University Women's Fast Pitch team and hosted a number of SEC games.

The Complex boasts a three story control building that is surrounded by five fields that feature Bermuda grass outfields, 300 ft. fences, skinned infields and Hollywood bases. In addition, each field is equipped with a warning track, championship lighting and a public address system. All dugouts are covered and feature phones to the press box. The control building is complete with spacious clean restrooms and full concessions on the ground floor. The second floor contains complex offices, a conference room, and a rest area for umpires. The third floor contains scorekeeper booths and press box capabilities.
