SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

A. PRE-TOURNAMENT MANAGER CHECK-IN:

Auburn Softball Complex - 2^nd floor of Control Building (located off I-85 at Exit 51, behind the Hampton Inn)- Wednesday, July 16, 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. and Thursday, July 17, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

B. TOURNAMENT MANAGER'S BREAKFAST/DRAW:

The Breakfast will be on Thursday, July 17 at 9 a.m. at the Best Western Convention Center. Opening Ceremonies updates, tournament draw and rules will be discussed at this mandatory meeting for managers and umpires. If more than two managers are going to attend, please inform tournament staff in advance.

C. TEAM PICTURES:

All pictures will be taken before Opening Ceremonies, official times will be provided at the Managers Breakfast/Draw.

D. OPENING CEREMONIES:

Thursday, July 17 at 6:30 p.m. at the Auburn Softball Complex.

All teams should be in full uniform.

E. OPENING GAMES:

Thursday, July 17 at 7:00 p.m. at the Auburn Softball Complex.

F. PLAYER IDENTIFICATION CHECK IN:

All players participating in the tournament must provide a valid-picture identification prior to participation (State Driver's license preferred). Player ID check-in will be held at the Auburn Softball Complex at the following times:

Wednesday, July 16 - 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Thursday, July 17 - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

G. ENTRY DEADLINE/ROSTERS/ENTRY FEE

The entry deadline is Thursday, July 10. The tournament entry fee of $300, (checks need to be made out to the Auburn Softball Association), Championship roster and Official Entry Form should be mailed to:
