City of Auburn Storm Water Manual - The Storm Water Management Program was developed in response to the City being identified by Alabama's Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) as a Storm Water Phase II entity.  The Storm Water Management Manual (SWMM) was developed as a component of the storm water management program.

The purpose of the SWMM is to provide storm water design information for local agencies, engineers, developers, or others whose activities affect storm water management in the City of Auburn. The manual serves as a guide for City staff, consultants, and citizens to achieve consistency in the design and compliance of storm water projects so that both growth and environmental guidelines will be followed effectively.

Specifications and Details - The City of Auburn Standard Specifications are developed and maintained by the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department of the City of Auburn, Alabama.
