In an effort to inject consistency and convenience into the development review process, a Development Review Team (DRT) has been formed. The DRT consisting of the Assistant City Manager, Public Safety Director, Planning Director, Public Works Director, Water Resource Management Director, and the Director of Environmental Services are responsible for the final review and approval of all site plans and engineering/construction plans involved with site development within the City of Auburn. Through this effort, the City’s intent is to assure a three week turnaround on all plans submitted. It is the responsibility of the applicant to assure that all plans submitted are complete and accurate. The committee meets once a week on Thursday at 9:00 AM in the Development Services Building Conference Room or as otherwise indicated on the DRT Meetings and Deadlines Calendar located on the City's website.
