Auburn Youth Tackle Football (8-9 and 10-12 years old as of July 31)
Join this full contact tackle sport for children 8-12 years old (there will be 2 leagues, one for 8-9 year olds and one for 10-12 year olds).  Players must provide their own equipment, which must meet NOCSAE standards.  A representative will be available for fitting and purchasing during registration and tryouts.  Volunteers will coach the teams and will be required to be certified through the National Youth Sports Coaches Association.  Tryout dates will be given out at registration.

Registration: Saturday, Aug. 5 and Saturday, Aug. 12
9am-12 noon
Dean Road Rec Center
Game Days: Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday
Season Length: September - November

Fee: $50.00 (Payable to Auburn Youth Tackle Association)

Adult flag football has not been offered for a few years due to a lack of people registering.  However, there are people in Auburn who are interested in this program.  If you would like to play, please contact Phil Dunlap at (334) 501-2939 or come to the administrative offices at 307 South Dean Road.  The season will run from September to November if enough people register.
