Auburn Stride Walkers Schedule for March 2008

Auburn, Ala. - The Auburn Stride Walkers Club is designed for citizens who are interested in walking various city walking trails as a group. Walks will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11 a.m. Below is the schedule for the entire month of March:

Charlotte & Curtis Ward Bike Path (Located at entrance to Chewacla State Park)

March 5
Auburn Tech Park North (Meet at the lake on Amenity Dr.)

March 7
Kiesel Park (520 Chadwick Ln.)

March 10
Town Creek Park (1150 S. Gay St.)

March 12
Jule Collins Smith Museum (Located on S. College St.)

March 14
Auburn Soccer Complex (Located at 2340 Wire Rd.)

March 17
Yarbrough Tennis Center (Located at 777 Yarbrough Farms Blvd.)

March 19
Auburn Tech Park South (Located on Technology Pkwy)

March 21
Charlotte & Curtis Ward Bike Path (Located at entrance to Chewacla State Park)

March 24
Kiesel Park (Located at 520 Chadwick Lane)

March 26
HWY 14 Bike Path (Located at 2450 AL Hwy 14 W. next to Zazu Restaurant)

March 28
Auburn Tech Park North (Meet at the lake on Amenity Drive)

* Walks will be held at the Frank Brown Recreation Center on rainy days. This program is open to all ages and is free to the public. Participants are encouraged to bring bottled water and wear comfortable walking shoes. Participants can walk at your own pace and distance. The Auburn Stride Walkers is a great way to have fun, make friends, and walk your way into a healthier lifestyle. Walk schedules will be posted monthly.
