8th Annual Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day  

The City of Auburn Environmental Services Department will host the 8th Annual Household Hazardous Waste Day on Saturday, April 10 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., at the Environmental Services Complex, located at 365-A North Donahue Drive. The annual event offers citizens the opportunity to safely dispose of hazardous household chemicals. Computers and related equipment will also be accepted for recycling during the event. Participation is limited to Auburn residential solid waste service customers only. Citizens may bring up to 20 pounds of material per household for disposal. No farm, commercial, or industrial waste will be permitted. Participants are asked to bring a recent water bill to demonstrate proof of residency.
