As a part of the Auburn 2020 Plan, the Auburn City Council requested a map of proposed bicycle facilities. The Auburn Bicycle Committee completed the Bicycle Network Map to satisfy this assignment. The map is updated annually based on new facilities and newly annexed properties. This network is a project in progress. The facilities are constructed as funds become available. Many of the completed facilities are constructed using funding obtained through grants such as the Transportation Enhancement Grants.
