Outstanding Friend of the Bicycle Committee

The purpose of the Outstanding Friend of the Committee award is to recognize those in Auburn's community who support the Bicycle Committee by volunteering their time and helping fund various programs 2009 Recepient: Prestige Properties
The Auburn Bicycle Committee nominated Prestige Properties and its owner, Mark Jones, as Outstanding Friend of the Auburn Bicycle Committee for the Year 2009.

Prestige Properties has been a loyal and enthusiastic supporter of the City of Auburn’s Bicycle Committee for more than 10 years. They were a presenting sponsor of Auburn’s first ever Bike Bash event in the year 2000 and have continued in that role each year since. Their continual sponsorship, as well as the participation of its dedicated employees who volunteer their time and talents to the Annual Bike Bash, is a significant contributor to increased bicycling throughout the Auburn area.

Prestige Properties, Lee County’s largest locally owned and independently operated Real Estate Company, has been in business since 1997. They have not only sponsored Bike Bash but also sponsored soccer and baseball every year since they opened for business.

The events of the Auburn Bicycle Committee, Bike Bash in particular, would not be the success they have become without our local sponsors, and Prestige Properties is one of the elite.

For its commitment and dedicated support, the Auburn Bicycle Committee recognizes Prestige Properties and its owner, Mark Jones, as an Outstanding Friend of the Auburn Bicycle Committee.
