The City of Auburn and the Auburn Bicycle Committee are committed to encouraging
and promoting bicycling as well as educating the public in regards to safe and effective cycling. This is done through the many
activities and events
hosted each year and the celebrating of National Bike Month. The Auburn community sponsors most events with food
and door prizes. The largest of these events is Bike Bash, which is held on the second Tuesday of every April. All
upcoming events are advertised through radio, this website, newspapers, and other published materials. Please check
back frequently to see what's next.
A calendar of Weekly Rides has been produced to bring cyclists together for a ride that suits them. There are
several choices and most rides are year round. If a ride doesn't suit you, let us know and we will try to accommodate your style.
The Auburn Bicycle Tours Guide was produced for those cyclists who prefer to go it on their own. Tours range in distance
and skill level. Each ride was developed by a member of the Auburn Bicycle Committee based on their Auburn riding
experiences. This guide is updated biannually to incorporate any new dedicated facilities or changes to the routes.
We also try to help promote other area events not hosted or sponsored by the City of Auburn. If you are interested in
having your event or link posted, please contact Brandy Ezelle.
Also, if you would like to join our mailing list for information about upcoming events, please contact Brandy Ezelle.
