Invitations for Bids, Quotes and Proposals can be viewed by clicking on the “View” link to the left of the item in which you are interested. The default table lists all Bid, Proposal and Quote invitations. You may narrow the list of selections by choosing Bids, Invitations for Proposal or Request for Quotes from the drop down menu at the top right of the table.

For questions about any of the items, please consult the contact person for that listing. The contact person for a particular item is found by clicking on the “View” link to the left of the item. Addenda, if they exist, will be accessible through clicking on the “View” link to the left of the item in which you are interested. Information contained in the Addenda supersedes information contained in the bid, quote or proposal document. The City of Auburn does not warrant or otherwise guarantee the accuracy of any information contained in these documents. Therefore, it is agreed and understood that the responsibility for ensuring the correctness and completeness of any solicitation submitted shall rest with the vendor answering the solicitation and the City of Auburn assumes no responsibility for any solicitation herein.

When entering this site, the active bid, proposal, and quote invitations are shown. You can scroll through all the items from the current and previous fiscal years by selecting the Closed button on the left hand side menu and then selecting the appropriate fiscal year link.
