b.         Parks & Recreation Advisory Board.  Two Positions.  Four Year Terms Expire November 30, 2005.  Incumbents:  Frederick “Butch” Brock and Larry F. Molt-Eligible for reappointment.

c.         Planning Commission.  One Position.  Unexpired Term Ends July 30, 2006.  Incumbent:  Charles Smith (resignation).
