Share Your Input on Draft Opelika Road Recommendations
Auburn, Ala.
- Are you interested in sharing your thoughts on the future of the Opelika Road Corridor, or reviewing the plan's draft recommendations for land use and street improvements? We want to hear from you!
The City held the third public meeting regarding Renew Opelika Road on Thursday, November 15 at 6:00pm in City Council Chambers.
If you missed the public meeting and would like an opportunity to share your thoughts regarding the corridor, we are offering two opportunities to do so online at
www.auburnalabama.org/renew
.
The first survey, the charrette #3 online keypad polling survey, includes all of the questions asked of the audience through keypad polling at the November 15 public meeting. Taking the first survey will allow your input to be combined with the input received at the public meeting and is an excellent opportunity to make your voice heard if you were unable to attend.
The second way to share your thoughts with us is through the Renew Opelika Road Interactive Map. The mapallows you to
explore recommendations for future land use on Opelika Road, view the proposed streetscape improvements, and leave comments regarding the land use recommendations for specific parcels.
The results of both surveys will be used in the development of the Renew Opelika Road plan and are vital to the plan’s success.
