Auburn, Ala. - GE Aviation broke ground on a 300,000 square-foot advanced manufacturing plant on Monday, October 31. The state-of-the-art facility will produce super-alloy machined parts for GE jet engines. Governor Robert Bentley, U.S. Representative Mike Rogers and Alabama House Speaker Mike Hubbard joined GE Aviation for the momentous occasion.
